Trainer To Follow - Andrew Balding

Andrew Balding made a blistering start to last season and will be looking to do the same again and has some big chances on Thursday to do so.

In the opener he fields Wodeton who was a good third last time out at Kempton and has a big chance to build on that now a year older and back on turf.

Carolus Magnus has a big chance in the Memorial Handicap having won over course and distance last time out and should be a better horse this year.

In the feature Listed Feilden Stakes Masekela will be looking to see if he stays the trip in the 1m1f event having been a very good two year old.

Jockey To Follow - Tom Marquand

Tom Marquand has already managed a winner at the Craven meeting and on Thursday has every chance of adding to his tally with a handful of nice rides.

In the Novice Stakes he sits on newcomer Kingdom Of Dreams who is a 100,000gns son of Oasis Dream that is a half brother to eight winners.

He has a nice ride in the Conditions Stakes on Eldrickjones for Nick Bradley with the colt having plenty of experience.

In the feature Listed Feilden Stakes he gets the leg up on Cresta who put together three nice runs last year and it is still unknown how good he could be over this longer trip.

Marquand has managed to have six winners over the last two weeks running at a 16% strike rate.
