What is a Racing Accumulator bet?
Our racing accumulator tips are essentially a combination of a number of selections that all need to win in order for the bet to place. This means our accumulator tip will not be each way, always a to win bet.
As an example, if we’ve selected 4 horses in one of our above racing accumulator bets, all of those horses need to finish 1st. If 3 out of the 4 won and 1 came 2nd the bet would lose and you would receive no payout.
However, there are major benefits to placing a racing accumulator bet the main being the exceptional odds you can get. The odds are worked out by the bookmaker multiplying the odds of each selection added meaning you can end up with huge returns from a relatively small stake in most cases.
What type of odds do you usually target in your tips?
For the racing acca tips we share on this page we look to have a mixture of odds depending on the horses running on any given day. For general race days, we’ll look to target safer prices with odds around 6/1 up to 20/1. This will give us the best chance of winning bets that still offer a good return to the punter.
However, if we spot value in some longshots we may share a longshot accumulator or mega acca with odds of 100/1 or beyond. This will greatly depend on the racing on any given day and our team will look into the risk vs reward factors to come up with the best value.
How do you pick your horse racing accumulator tips?
Our team has years of experience working within the horse racing industry and follow price movements to the minute all year long. That gives our team great insight into which horses, trainers & jockeys are likely to perform on any given day based on form, conditions and history.
Our team reviews the upcoming race cards for the week to analyse and identify any horses we think are priced well and could win in our opinion. From there, we look to pick a racing accumulator tip containing horses that are near favourites offering shorter prices and combine them in an accumulator to increase the returns.
Should I back your horse racing accumulator tip each way?
We advise that you don’t place our horse racing accumulator bet each way unless we specify it on this page. This is due to the fact that we generally look at the returns from a ‘to win’ perspective. If you do decide to back the horses each way then you are likely to get fewer returns on the bet and the risk vs reward likely won’t be in your favour.
If you would like to back a higher-priced each way bet, then check out our Each Way Tips page for higher priced bets that offer value for the each way punter.
Where can I get the best price for your accumulator tip?
When we share a racing accumulator tip we always directly link the selections to the top UK bookmakers websites. This means that you can compare the odds of our racing accumulator bet on each of the bookmakers directly from us instead of going to each bookmaker and finding the best price on your own.
Once you’ve decided on which bookmaker you want to bet with click the ‘Add to bet slip option to be taken to the respective bookmaker's website. The selections of our accumulator bet will then automatically be added to your bet slip where you can proceed to place the bet if you wish.
If you don’t have an account with the bookmaker that is offering the best price or alternatively the bet we’ve placed has been boosted with a specific bookmaker and you want to sign up, head to our free bets page to see our special offers.
Do you have any other horse racing tips?
