Trainer To Follow - Charlie Appleby

Charlie Appleby currently sits second in the trainers championship behind William Haggas with the race set to go to the final day, but on the first day of the Cambridgeshire meeting he looks set to have a few winners.

In the second race of the afternoon he is double pronged with One Nation and Bold Act both sitting at the top of the market looking tough to beat.

In the feature Group Three Tattersalls Stakes Appleby fields Victory Dance who showed last time out just how good he could be and if improving again will set up a great race.

Dhahabi although top weight holds leading claims in the 1m4f handicap event and then in the Class 4 handicap over a mile Yantarni looks a big player off 5lb higher.

Appleby heads into the meeting running at a strike rate of 32% for the last 14 days having managed to land eight winners from his 25 runners.

Jockey To Follow - Ryan Moore

Ryan Moore has been in sensational form this season and on Thursday has a handful of nice rides that could see him in the winners enclosure.

In the opener he teams up with William Haggas with debutant Garden Route which is very interesting with that partnership not seen all that often.

Next he rides Hope You Can Run for Charlie & Mark Johnston who was a nice winner last time out and then in the feature G3 Tattersalls Stakes he teams up with Sir Michael Stoute on the unbeaten Nostrum.

Thunderous looks the one to beat in the two mile Listed Rose Bowl Stakes and then in the 1m4f Handicap he rides for Juddmonte again on Brunnera.

In the penultimate event he teams up again with Sir Michael Stoute on Sunrise Valley which is his last ride of the afternoon.

Moore heads into the meeting in Flying form managing to land 11 winners from his last 44 rides which sees him pose a 26% strike rate.
