One of the feature events of the afternoon is the Grade Two Adonis Juvenile Hurdle over two miles and the Milton Harris trained Knight Salute is the horse to beat.

Making his hurdles debut this term having been a very average horse on the flat, the gelding went into a Juvenile Hurdle at Sedgefield and bolted up by nine lengths.

In a better race at Kempton next time out he won nicely again from Impulsive One, who he takes on again in this event.

Seeking a hat-trick he headed to Cheltenham in November and landed the Grade Two Triumph Trial Juvenile Hurdle in dominant fashion.

Not knowing where the ceiling is with this horse, Harris sent him to Doncaster last time out in the Grade Two Summit Juvenile Hurdle and taking on the smart Porticello, who has since franked the form in a big way, he went on to beat him by close to a length.

That form looks very difficult to beat at the weekend and unless Paul Nicholls' newcomer is extra special, Knight Salute looks the one to be on.

Trainer To Follow - Nicky Henderson

Nicky Henderson has not been in his usual winning form of late but he sends a good team to the Surrey based track on the afternoon and he can get back on track.

In the first race of the afternoon he has the second favourite Patroclus who was a good winner last time out and can back that up in that event.

In the Adonis he fields Impulsive One who was a bright hurdler at the start of the season and although needing to reverse some form he has every chance to do so.

One of his most interesting runners comes in the Grade Two Pendil Novices' Chase with Fantastic Lady looking to land a hat-trick of wins.

Finally, in the Dovecote he has outside claims with Russian Ruler, who was disappointing last time out but is thought of very highly.

Jockey To Follow - Harry Cobden

Harry Cobden could have a good day in the saddle on Saturday, with Paul Nicholls having some nice chances and the rider also getting some handy spares.

In the opener he sits on the Nick Williams trained Le Cameleon who was a good winner last time out and then he jumps on the unraced Pleasant Man, who was a 95 rated flat horse that holds big credentials.

In the Pendil Novices' Chase he fields Pic D'Orhy who loves this ground and his jumping has massively improved this season.

In the Dovecote he teams up with Iceo, who was an emphatic winner on his first two starts but lost his way slightly last time out and is looking to get back on track in this.

Cobden heads into the meeting sporting a 24% strike rate for the last few weeks which has seen him land five winners from 21 rides.
