The Breeders Cup Turf is the most exciting race of the weekend for us Europeans and with Tarnawa looking to land back to back renewals of the race she is the horse to follow across the day.

Tarnawa landed this event last season, albeit at a different track, and her run style should help her negotiate what isn’t an ideal draw in 13.

She has just had a tough race in the Arc but she has had plenty of time to freshen up since and she had only raced twice prior to that which is a light campaign for a horse of this quality.

Dermot Weld is a master with these types so we are confident he has her A1

Trainer To Follow - Wesley Ward

Wesley Ward is well know trainer not just in is native America, but also around the globe and it looks that on Saturday he has some live chances to add more winners to his Breeders Cup tally.

One of his best chances on the day is the exciting sprinter Golden Pal, who although blowing up in the Nunthorpe Stakes looks back to his best and he should go close at a track he will suit.

Another big chance for the yard is the filly Kimari in the Turf Sprint, with her showing on numerous occasions how quick she can be.

Ward heads into the meeting in fine form, managing to land three winners from his last 11 runners which sees him pose a 27% strike rate.

Jockey To Follow - Joel Rosario

A jockey that has been dangerous at this meeting in recent years is Joel Rosario who looks to have another nice book of rides across the two days.

He sits on the exciting Kimari for Wesley Ward in the Turf Sprint and another nice chance looks to be Jackie's Warrior in the Breeders' Cup Sprint, with the three year old full of potential.

In the Breeders' Cup Turf he sits on the smart Gufo that could run a huge race at a big price if getting round from stall nine.
