Three Kingman Progenies To Follow - 2020

Imrahor

This Hugo Palmer trained colt is by Kingman out of a Sea The Stars mare and his racecourse debut was full of promise.

He faced a red hot John Gosden favourite who had the benefit of experience but pushed him all the way to the line despite showing signs of greenness.

Third that day has since come out and boosted the form and the winner has been mixing it at group level.

The Kingman crop improved from 2 to 3 last season to this colt could be one to follow.

King Leonidas

Palace Pier is a highly promising Kingman colt for this owner/trainer combination, but King Leonidas has gone under the radar and should not be underestimated.

By Kingman, out of a Gallileo mare this colt is impeccably bred and his sole 2yo start was very impressive.

He beat a fair horse who had already gained racecourse knowledge with relative ease, being eased down in the closing stages.

Group entrant.

Megallan

Another for John Gosden, this son of Kingman sports the famous Anthony Oppenheimer colours and his entries suggest he will be campaigned over 1m and further.

There is loads of stamina in his dam’s side and this could be a real dark horse for the season.
