In the three mile Handicap Hurdle at Sandown we are siding with last year's winner Polish for Fergal O'Brien to go close again off the same mark as last season.

Being a very up and down horse throughout his career, he seems to peak around the mark of 130 and also around February, with him being primed for this race now two years in a row.

In this event last term he stayed on best of the rest and cleaned up on his jumping to get to the front at the last and stayed on best of the rest to take the event.

This term he was a winner on the flat at Goodwood in October and has then been seen three times over hurdles getting his mark down from 137 to 130 and he now looks on a mark to strike again.

One to watch.

The €48,000 son of Presenting made a stellar debut at Chepstow back in November when a good second to a talented bumper horse for Fergal O'Brien.

Looking to back that run up he went up in class at Ascot into a Listed event and finished a fair fifth behind some very smart horses.

That looks the best form in this race and although not getting off the mark as of yet, this race presents a huge opportunity to do so, offering some of the best form.

A very interesting runner comes in the 2m4f Handicap Chase with Robbie Power coming over to Warwick for one ride on Dinny Lacey and we are siding with him.

The eight year old gelding had not shown much form before bouncing back last time out when third at Limerick on heavy ground behind two smart horses at Christmas in a good handicap chase.

Up 6lb for this race he looks to still have enough in hand and if improving for the better ground could be a contender at an each way price.

Trainer J Motherway has only ever had three runners in England since 2003, with two coming at Cheltenham and one at Aintree, so now having a runner at Warwick really makes things interesting.

One to watch.
