There was no better way to welcome the new year in for racing fans than a competitive seven race card from the home of British jumps racing at Cheltenham racecourse.
For some of the punters it would have been a case of hair of the dog after big celebrations the night before for the majority of the population in England, but for one race goer who was spotted in the crowd there was a superb way of getting over that hangover.
The lady was spotted by the ITV cameras taking a swig of a drink from out of some binoculars. It truly was an innovative idea that has never been seen before and if that was a Christmas gift, it is one of the best around.
As soon as this was captured on the ITV screens the video of the lady drinking out of the novelty gift has gone viral with a tweet sent from the ITV Racing account getting more than 33,000 likes and over 6,800 retweets.
This already has to go down as to go down as of the best enterprise ideas of the year and with just two days gone it will take something seriously good to beat that.
