Trainer To Follow - Tom Lacey

Tom Lacey has some big chances to be in the winners enclosure on Saturday at Ascot and that makes him the man to follow across the afternoon.

His first big runner of the afternoon is the ever consistent Tea Clipper who has placed in some valuable handicaps over both hurdles and fences during his career and heads into the event fresh off the back of a solid run on seasonal debut.

Another big chance on the afternoon for the trainer is Blow Your Wad, tipped by many to have a big season and off the back of his fourth in the Grade Two bumper at Aintree, if taking to hurdles he looks a smart type.

Jockey To Follow - Jamie Moore

Jamie Moore has a handful of classy rides for his father on Saturday afternoon at Ascot starting in the opener with Goshen who makes his debut over fences.

He then sits on the outsider of the field in the Bateaux London Handicap Hurdle, but in the Byrne Group Handicap Chase jumps back on Nassalam who is a previous course and distance winner.

Moore then gets the leg up on Full Back who has shown ability over three miles in these sorts of races before and going off the same mark as his second in last seasons Portman Cup second, he could be a player.

His final big ride of the afternoon is Invincible Nao in the Novices' Hurdle, heading into the race having won in France last time out, he makes his debut for the yard.

Moore heads into the weekend at Ascot sporting a strike rate of 22% for the last two weeks, managing to land four winners from 18 rides.
