Constant 9/1

It's back to York for the coral.co.uk Rockingham Stakes. CONSTANT looks to have a good chance in this Listed race over 6f.

The two-year-old has only had the three outings, winning second time out before going down second to a nice prospect at Hamilton last time out.

Ground should not be a problem for the Karl Burke trained Colt and he has a big chance.

Staxton 10/1

STAXTON can take the spoils in the Coral Sprint Trophy Handicap. The Tim Easterby trained three-year-old only went down by half a length last time out at this level and he is running off a similar mark.

He has a good win on his record in a Class 2 handicap back in July and a similar performance can see him take the spoils once again.

15:50

Even Keel

EVEN KEEL can defy top-weight I the Coral Nursery Handicap.

The Jonathan Portman trained two-year-old won his handicap in such emphatic style at Newmarket last time out that an 8lb rise is unlikely to stop him.

The horse is consistent and still improving, making him very tough to beat.

16:25

Qutob

In the coral.co.uk EBFstallions.com Novice Stakes  Charles Hills highly regarded QUTOB can get his head in front at the third time of asking.

The horse out of Acclamation went off favourite on his previous two runs and undoubtedly has a win in him.

This race looks weak for the grade and Dane O'Neill can benefit aboard the selection.

Master Archer

The penultimate race is the Coral Stayers Handicap. The consistent and in from MASTER ARCHER can defy top-weight and win again for James Fanshawe.

Whilst carrying a penalty for his victory at Chester back in September it looks well within this four-year-old geldings capabilities.

The horse is in the form of its life and that can continue here.

17:35

Mukhayam

The final race of the day is the Coldstream Guards Association Cuo Handicap. This looks an open race but it may well be worth taking a chance with the Tim Easterby trained MUKHAYAM.

Ben Robinson takes off a valuable 3lb and he was aboard the horse when it won last time out at Chester.

It faces a small penalty but still looks remarkably well-weighted and can win for the eight time in his career.
