Ninth in what has turned out to be a really strong maiden at Newmarket in April, the Cheveley Park filly made amends for that disappointing debut when winning well at Goodwood at the end of that month.

She was second of 13 in Listed company at York last time out and now receiving 8lbs off the only other horse in this field to win a race in the form of Arboy Will, she’s going to be really hard to beat.

A really experienced runner with over 50 starts under his belt, his finer form has come on the all weather however he showed that he’s more than capable on good turf ground when finishing second over this C&D in April.

Off the same mark with Ghiani and his 3lbs claim booked once again, he’s a big player.

Back to back seconds on the all weather as a two year old at the end of last season, the Tom Ward colt got off the mark at the second time of asking when winning easily at short odds over this distance at Wolves last time out.

Likely to progress from that victory once more and the switch back to turf is an interesting move from connections.

He’s certainly been busy of late running here the past two Mondays and he goes again once more now back up in trip.

A close second over this distance two weeks ago, he bolted up when dropped back down to 5f last Monday.

The handicapper doesn’t look like he’s got a proper grip of him yet especially at this course and it would be no surprise to see him in the mix once again especially in this sort of mood.

Probably the form horse in the race at the moment with two wins and six top three finishes coming from his last nine runs, the run has seen his mark rise from 68 to 81.

Stayed on well for third over 7f when clear of the rest at Chepstow last time out and this track should suit him and he’s a legitimate contender.

A three lengths third on debut at Southwell in November, she returned to action with a convincing victory at Redcar when stepped up to 1m 2f earlier this month.

That was her first run on turf and despite carrying a penalty, any improvement from that run should see her take all the beating.
