Three To Follow Under The Lights At Dundalk

19:15 - Gordon Lord Byron

The first of the three selections from Dundalk come in the one mile Handicap where there is a big field full of familiar names and Gordon Lord Byron at the age of 11 is our selection.

Being the most experienced in the field he has seen it all and last season did not run to a bad standard in much better races than this in Group company.

He is more known for being a sprinter but looks very interesting stepping back up to a mile and off the same mark as his last race that he was second in at the track he is very appealing.

19:45 - Sheisdiesel

The second selection of the evening over in Ireland is the 1 mile 4 furlong handicap and Sheisdiesel for trainer Noel Meade looks to have a bright chance.

This national hunt trainer does not have many runners over the flat but this course and distance winner heads into the contest with the best form on offer.

The five year old mare has four wins and two seconds in her last six contests with the first five of those runs coming at this track and her last win over this trip.

Big player.

20:15 - Narynkol

The final runner of the day from Dundalk is the Denis Hogan trained Narynkol who this season has two placed efforts that if running to the same standard won't be far away again.

This gelding is having his first start over in Ireland having been with Roger Varian previously and running to a good standard with two seconds recently on the turf.

If turning that form onto his all weather debut he is a serious contender and is also proven at handling this distance.
