Cabaletta gets plenty of weight as a 3-y-o and her debut form looks rock solid having got the better of Frankly Darling.

She represents the in-form Roger Varian and is fit from her seasonal return where she shaped as though this trip would suit.

Lazuli looks a sprinter to follow this season. He comfortably dealt with Keep Busy around here last time out and that horse has since finished second to Art Power, who was initially planning to run in this contest.

We believed Charlie Appleby's gelding would have been the winner even without his omission so he rates a solid proposition with him now out of the race.

William Buick rides the track well and the yard have been amongst the winners.

Spanish Mission looks to have loads of un-tapped potential and his comfortable defeat of Nayef Road at Newmarket last season looks a nice piece of form.

David Simcock has started to fire and Ryan Moore is in the saddle.

This is a hot renewal of the Coral Eclipse. Enable is the obvious one for punters but Ghaiyyath is the one they have to catch and Sandown is a real front-runners track.

He was very impressive last time out and if he has fully recovered will take some pegging back on a quick surface.

Andre Fabre has always been bullish about this son of Shamardal and the manner in which he finished off the French Guineas suggests he will thrive over this sort of trip.

He is a powerful traveller who is proven in these soft conditions.

Alpine Star looks the one to beat here and we wouldn't put any off her at 11/4, but Fancy Blue is a massive 10/1 and based on her Irish 1000 Guineas performance that looks far too big.

She always looked like an Oaks horse, but she still had enough class to finish second over a mile, and she now moves up to what should be her optimum distance.

Boudout booked.
