Roudemental

Weight: 8-12
OR: 79
Days: 28

Roudemental looks to have a good chance here for trainer Hugo Palmer and in-form jockey Harry Davies.

A winner two starts ago on handicap debut at Redcar, Roudemental won very well, and was ultimately eased down close home.

He failed to back that up next time out, though - in the context of that race, it looked a good run.

He was beaten under 2L by the very well handicapped Fresh Hope.

Roudemental is up in trip here and that looks sure to suit. He is a very solid bet at the prices, he could be a good bit better than this mark.

Casilli

Age: 5
Weight: 10-5
OR: 79
Days: 20

Casilli, under Miss Serena Brotherton is sure to go well in this competitive looking race.

This consistent mare was 4th of 18 last time out, and the form of that is working out well.

Obviously Miss Serena Brotherton is a huge asset in this type of race, so she can only help the selection here.

Casilli definitely looks solid enough in a tricky looking puzzle.

Ouzo

Age: 6
Weight: 10-2
OR: 94
Days: 16

Ouzo seems to have a good opportunity to get his head back in front here. His run last time out over course and distance was a good effort, and he was only beaten a neck, from the useful Rebel Territory.

Ouzo seems to run well here, his close second last time out, along with a win over 7f as a 3yo, in his only two tries at the track seem to suggest that he may well have a preference towards this sort of test.

Top chance.

Lion Tower, is to his credit, admirably consistent.. albeit slightly frustrating!

He has ran particularly well this season, but he still remains winless. He was 5th on his seasonal reappearance, and ran creditably to finish a close third to some useful horses next time out.

He was beaten a few lengths by the progressive, well handicapped Eilean Dubh last time out, but was nicely clear of a few of these.

There's hardly a more consistent horse in training, and he deserves a change in luck.

This test should suit and everything looks geared towards a big run.

Massive player in an open race.

Caturra should quite simply, be winning this.

At time of writing, he is even money (1/1), and I'm afraid to say even a price that short looks tremendous value.

Caturra is 10lbs clear of his rivals here, and he ran very well last time out despite no luck in running at all. On all known form, he is miles better than his rivals today, and should dispatch the field en route to bigger and better things.

He looks a cracking bet.

Sean Levey

Mandoob

J: Sean Levey
T: Brian Meehan
N/A
Age: 4
Weight: 9-2
OR: 107
Days: 35

Mandoob is well worth a second look in this contest.

His second last time out to the very talented Al Aasy, with Third Realm and Stowell in behind - looks a good piece of form.

Mandoob has been steadily progressive thus far, and he is still relatively unexposed.

With Sean Levey in the saddle (who's in tremendous form at the minute) and the stable (Meehan) operating at around a 25% strike rate, he looks dangerous to dismiss.

Live player.

Outgate

J: Richard Kingscote
T: Daniel & Claire Kubler
N/A
Age: 3
Weight: 9-9
OR: 93
Days: 21

Outgate, the top weight in this looks a more than viable option here.

He's one from one at the track, and he tends to race prominently.

There doesn't look to be an abundance of pace, and Outgate has a very favourable draw, he's drawn to attack and if he can bag the inside rail, he could be hard to catch.

He ran creditably last time out behind two very well handicapped rivals, who should prove to be a good bit better than their marks in time.

Everything looks poised for a big run, and I think he's a cracking chance in this.
