Mick Appleby's juvenile sprinter has been somewhat of a revelation this season and despite being beaten on his first outing of the campaign, he quickly got back on track when winning a competitive renewal of the Windsor Castle at Royal Ascot.
A gutsy victory in dire conditions in the Molecombe Stakes at Glorious Goodwood saw him then go for the Nunthorpe but fail to really test his elders.
Last seen tearing up the Flying Childers Stakes at Doncaster, he's shown his method of racing should suit American tracks and he'll try use his high cruising speed to beat these from the front.
