The first selection of the afternoon from the Curragh on Sunday comes in the Maiden over 1m2f and we can't look past the Dermot Weld trained Time Tells All.

Second on debut at Navan at the end of March over a mile on heavy ground behind a nice type for Aidan O'Brien, he is extremely well bred being a half brother to Irish 1000 Guineas winner Homeless Songs.

He steps up to 1m2f on Sunday which should bring improvement and having the pedigree and form already on heavy ground he can break his maiden tag here.

One of the feature events of the day from the Irish track is the Group Three Alleged Stakes over 1m2f and we are siding with Visualisation for Joseph O'Brien.

Making a superb start to the season at Naas at the end of March over 1m2f on heavy ground he went on to take the Listed Devoy Stakes with ease.

Back on heavy ground he can progress again, especially with race fitness on his side and many of the smarter runners in the field potentially needing their first outing of the term.

The other Grade Three on the card is the Lester Piggott Gladness Stakes over 7f and we are taking a chance with a new recruit for Paddy Twomey with Mea Domina.

A good horse in France last season for trainer Jerome Reynier winning on both his starts for the handler, the first over 7f at Fontainebleau and then on heavy ground in a decent Listed event.

Moved to Paddy Twomey this term and obviously a specialist in wet conditions, he finished a fair third on heavy ground at Leopardstown in the Listed Heritage Stakes.

She caught the eye running a solid race behind two smart horses in stablemate Buckaroo and Irish 1000 Guineas winner Homeless Songs and a drop back to 7f should suit.

Tawaazon

Age: 5
Weight: 8-7
OR: 74
Days: 10

The penultimate selection of the afternoon from the Curragh comes in the 6f Handicap and the bottom weight Tawaazon looks to hold a big chance.

Moved to trainer James McAuley in March, he made his debut for the yard at Dundalk just four days later and was an impressive winner off a mark of 65.

Upped to a mark of 73 he made it back to back wins on the all weather this time over 5f, beating the same rival by four lengths.

Running off his turf mark of 67 at the end of March at Navan on heavy ground he finished a good second of 18 in a big fielded handicap.

Bumped up a further 3lb when last seen at Bellewstown again on heavy ground, he got back to winning ways in impressive style.

Up a further 8lb to a mark of 78, talented claimer Jamie Powell takes 5lb off so effectively he is only 3lb higher and that might not be enough to stop him in these conditions.

The final selection of the afternoon comes in the 6f Maiden with Fozzy Stack trained Ran Ran Ran holding the leading form.

Second last season in October on debut in heavy ground when going down by a neck to Tooprofitable over course and distance, he made his seasonal debut this term and again on heavy ground this time at Naas he had to settle for second.

Only going down by the narrowest of margins once again, this race in his preferred conditions offers him a big chance to get off the mark.
