13:00 - Tiger Voice

Cork hosts a stand out card of jumps racing on Sunday and the Maiden Hurdle over two miles and Tiger Voice for Henry De Bromhead looks the one to beat.

He finished a smart second on his hurdles debut at the start of October at Tipperary when finishing in behind a decent youngster for Willie Mullins.

It looks like he will not need to improve much to land this and holds the leading form heading into the contest full of juveniles.

13:35 - Minella Melody

One of the most exciting horses to follow from the days racing is Minella Melody In the 2 mile 4 furlongs maiden hurdle and this Henry De Bromhead trained mare could be a special horse.

She raced four times last year in bumpers winning her first two contests in good style before a superb second in the Grade Two flat race at she Grand National meeting.

She then gave another smart performance at Punchestown in a Grade Three event finishing third behind Gypsy Island who is a leading mare for this season and Daylight Katie who has landed both her hurdles contests this season already.

The mare has some serious form entering this race and should make a winning start to life over flights.

14:10 - Doctor Duffy

The first of the big races on the day is the Listed Novice Hurdle over three miles and the Charles Byrnes trained Doctor Duffy can be a big improver.

The six year old gelding has raced nicely recently finishing a good second at Listowel in tricky ground before last time out getting off the mark for the season at Navan.

What seemed to be the making of this horse was the step up in trip he made two starts ago going up to 2 miles 6f and revelling in the extra distance.

He was a smart fourth at Cheltenham last time out not being to far away from the leaders and that sets him up perfectly for this contest if coming on again.

14:45 - Dallas Des Pictons

One of the hurdling stars of last season for Gordon Elliott was Dallas Des Pictons who makes her chasing debut on Sunday in the Grade Three Novices Chase.

This six year old if taking his hurdles form over the bigger obstacles can be a serious gelding this season finishing second in the Martin Pipe Handicap hurdle at the Cheltenham festival and winning three times before that.

He has already had his first start over fences and was a game winner by 20 lengths at Gowran Park and that gives him leading claims in this one.

15:20 - Out Sam

Last year's winner of the Paddy Power Cork Grand National Handicap Chase over 3 miles 4 furlongs was Out Same for Gordon Elliott and we fancy the 10 year old to run a big race again.

The gelding landing this contest nicely last season and is now only four pounds higher which makes him fairly attractive at a nice each way price aswell.

Staying is his strength and coming into this off the back of a nice break not racing since the back end of June is also another positive with him going well fresh.

16:30 - Getaway Gorgeous

The final selection for us from Cork on Sunday is the Willie Mullins trained Getaway Gorgeous who looks the pick of the field in this bumper.

The five yer old mare has raced three times in her career finishing second behind Gypsy Island on her bumper debut and then this season getting off the mark at Tramore and a nice second again at Gowran in an 18 runner field.

Last time out she ran in a Listed contest which is a much better contest than this and if progressing again should take this contest with ease.
