What's On This Week In Racing - 10/12/2018

Monday

A low key start to the week begins with meetings over the obstacles at Lingfield and Musselburgh along with some All-Weather action at Wolverhampton late afternoon. The interesting Liva contests a Class 2 race at Musselburgh looking to win his first race over hurdles.

Tuesday

There is another three meetings on Tuesday. Fontwell and Uttoxeter host National Hunt meetings whilst there is another All-Weather meeting at Southwell. Whilst it is relatively low-grade stuff there are some interesting handicaps.

Wednesday

The half way point of the week see's the action pick up. There is more All-Weather action at Lingfield and Kempton whilst Hexham and Leicester have meetings over the obstacles.

Thursday

The first meeting of the week in Ireland takes place on Thursday at Tramore. Racing in the UK is at Chelmsford (AW), Newcastle, Taunton and Warwick. Warwick have a Listed race at 2:05 with currently 12 declared runners.

Friday

Racing begins at Cheltenham on Friday with the feature race being the Grade 3 CF Roberts 25 Years Of Sponsorship handicap. There is plenty of other meetings on with National Hunt racing at Bangor-On-Dee and Doncaster whilst there is the usually Friday meetings on the All-Weather at Kempton and Dundalk.

Saturday

Again the main attention is at Cheltenham Saturday. There is two Grade 2's and a Grade 3. Some interesting runners currently holds entries. Doncaster and Hereford also have meetings with the Doncaster card including two Grade 2's. All-Weather fans can also get stuck into races at Newcastle and Wolverhampton.

Sunday

The week ends with just the two meetings at Carlisle and Southwell. The races are low on quality compared to the previous two days but there is undoubtedly some interesting handicaps.
