This week the focus has been on looking back on star horses throughout the years and today is no different with Faugheen's Champion Hurdle victory back in 2015.
The superstar this season as a 12 year old turned to fences for the first time and had a great time of things landing a Grade One but before that he was one of the best hurdlers of the last 10 years.
Having been a serial Grade One winner over hurdles one of his best performances came in the Champion Hurdle where he ripped apart a star studded field.
Having landed the Neptune Novices' Hurdle the season before he was dropped down in trip and still prevailed showing the versatility of the once in a life time gelding.
