As the weekend nears the best of the racing comes to the forefront and on Sunday at Fairyhouse the card features some superb Grade One action with the Royal Bond Novices' Hurdle one of the star races on the day.
The superstar Envoi Allen took last year's event landing his first black type event over hurdles, in a race that saw the likes of Supreme Novices' Hurdle second Abacadabras and Champion Hurdle third Darver Star.
The contest as a strongly run affair that saw the unbeaten Cheveley Park superstar go to the front in the closing stages and he managed to outs stay the closing field, showing clear pace in the final stages.
Envoi Allen is unbeaten in all 10 of his races which include one point to point, four Bumpers, Four hurdle contests and one chase outing and this season he is set to put his record on the line over the bigger obstacles.
