The first horse we are putting up to follow on Saturday and throughout the jumps season is the Paul Nicholls trained Magistrato for owner Johnny De La Hey.

Originally with David Cottin, the three year old gelding has been seen once to date at Auteuil in a three year old Conditions Hurdle event and shaped extremely well to finish second, with the winner since franking the form in Listed company since.

Bought off the back of that and given to Nicholls looks a very interesting type that might not be known to many now but will be by the end of the season.

Newmarket hosts some great racing on Saturday and a race that always throws out nice horses is the Group Three Zetland Stakes and Goldspur for Charlie Appleby and Godolphin looks a superstar in the making.

The two year old son of Dubawi will be looking for favouritism in the market with stablemate Hafit, but off the back of his debut we believe this colt is the one to follow in the race.

Goldspur has been seen once to date, running over a mile on soft ground at Sandown and he went on to demolish a fair field of runners by close to seven lengths.

He steps up in class for this event with it being his first try in black type company, but he looks a beast of a horse that should be feared going forward.

The final horse to follow this weekend comes from Chepstow again, this time in the lucky last where Paul Nicholls seems to have another nice type in Timeforatune.

The five year old makes his first start for the yard having been bought by John Hales for £175,000 off the back of winning a two mile bumper event at Ffos Las back in May for trainer Brian Eckley.

He could have a big season in bumpers this term and overall is a horse to keep onside throughout his career, with him set to be even better over hurdles and fences.
