14:10 - Tombstone

The first horse of the day comes from the Foxrock Cup Hurdle at Leopardstown where this 2 mile 2 furlong contest only see's four runners go to post and we have gone for Tombstone to land the race.

This Gordon Elliott trained nine year old should be a class above this field ,running in far better races all season and although not really competing in those contests, can benefit from the experience.

This season he has finished third behind Espoir D'Allen and Sharjah who are both going for the Champion Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival and then last of the field in the Irish Champion Hurdle behind the super mare Apple's Jade.

14:40 - LickLighter

The next horse of the day comes Maiden Hurdle over 2 mils 4 furlongs and our selection is the Denis Hogan trained Licklighter who looks to have a great chance.

This eight year old gelding has been really consistent of late finishing runner up in his least three events and now of the same mark can go well again.

Her latest second at Galway was his best performance to date when finishing just in behind a really smart prospect for the Gordon Elliott yard in Felix Desjy. Has a live chance on Sunday.

15:10 - Kuiper Belt

The third race of the day see's the Gordon Elliott trained Kuiper Belt as our pick in the 2 mile Handicap Hurdle and if this five year old is anything like his spring form suggests he could have a real chance.

This five year old gelding for the leading Irish trainer looks to have in the weights for this contest and if getting abck on track after a poor run last time out he can be right there.

Before finishing last of six in Ireland he had figures of 2111111 during the off season of jumps racing and hopefully this little break has got him fresh again.

15:45 - Carter McKay

The fourth race of the day in Ireland see's just four runners go to post in the Beginners Chase over 2 miles 5 furlongs and we have gone for Qatar Racing's Carter McKay.

This eight year old has been really hit and miss for trainer Gordon Elliott but in a small field like this it should dominate having run in better races in the past.

Last time out he finished a good sixth out of 17 runners at Gowran Park, finishing in behind some decent horses and it wouldn't take a lot of improvement to see him win this.

16:15 - Monatomic

The penultimate selection from Leopardstown on Sunday see's another of Gordon Elliott's team in Monatomic and if performing like his last performance he can take the Grade B Handicap Chase over 2 miles 5 furlongs.

This Gigginstown owned six year old gelding finished a good second last time out at Naas not being beaten by much and before falling on his second to last outing he landed a Novice Chase at Down Royal.

He has beat a few of these runners on numerous occasions this season and this race does not look to prove it will be any different.

16:50 - The Church Gate

The next from Leopardstown and last of the day from the preview comes in the 2 mile 5 furlongs Handicap Chase and our selection is the Matthew Smith trained The Church Gate.

This eight year old gelding is in a fine bit of form finishing first on his last two outings and on Sunday is looking for his hat trick at a course he has previously won at last time out.

He is slightly stepping up in trip and has gone up four pounds for that win but he looks like a progressive type and has the addd bonus of a four pound claimer on board.

17:20 - No Bet

We are advising No Bet in this race.
