Trainer To Follow - Paul Nicholls

12 time champion trainer Paul Nicholls is looking to wrap up the trainers championship for another season and has sent a strong team to Ascot on Sunday.

In the first event of the afternoon he fields Saint Sonnet who was a good second last time out behind a nice horse for Phillip Hobbs and in a four runner race could dominate.

He gives Chavez a run out in the Maiden Hurdle and then in the Class 2 Handicap Chase he fields the classy Thyme White, who is handicapped to go well.

Magistrato will be looking to bounce back to form in the Juvenile Handicap Hurdle and then in the Class 3 Handicap Chase, Danny Kirwan is looking to do the same.

In the final event of the afternoon he fields Adrien Du Pont who is looking to put his fall behind him.

Nicholls heads into the meeting sporting a 17% strike rate for the last two weeks which has seen him land eight winners from 48 runners.

Jockey To Follow - Jamie Moore

Jamie Moore has been riding superbly this season, especially at Ascot and he will be looking to grab some more winners on the Berkshire tracks final jumps raceday of the year.

His first ride of the day comes in the Class Two Handicap Chase where he sits on the consistent Golden Boy Grey who will be looking to get back to winning ways.

In the Juvenile Handicap Hurdle he gets the leg up on Kotmask who has two wins from four runs, both his wins coming when Moore was riding.

He has two nice chances on the day and is worth keeping an eye on.
