Three To Follow From Dundalk

The first runner of the evening from Dundalk comes in the one mile two and half furlongs handicap and Noel Meade has a very interesting runner who looks to be on a very attractive mark.

Sheisdiesel is a six year old mare who looks to be going in the right direction having been ran frequently at Dundalk and having a superb record winning four times in her last 10 outings at the track whilst also placing in another three events.

She holds obvious form claims and enters the contest off the back of a decent fourth last week over further and now dropping back in trip off a reduced mark should make the difference.

A 12 runner Fillies Maiden follows and we have a strong pick in this event over a mile as we believe dual champion jockey and now trainer Donnacha O'Brien can grab his first winner.

He fields three year old Flower Garland and she has joined O'Brien from his father Aidan and on her first outing over course and distance finished a smart second.

She is only four pounds heavier for that run which we think should still see her be on a fair enough mark to go close and having placed in better races than this previously makes her one to watch.

A similar one mile Handicap sees our final selection of the evening from Dundalk and Parkers Hill for trainer Leanne Breen looks the one to beat on form.

The four year old colt is a very progressive colt that looks to be at his best over a mile landing his first contest since 2018 two starts ago when sent over the trip.

That came at Dundalk and next time being dropped to seven furlongs again he performed well finishing second but needing that extra furlong which he gets again today.
