12:20 - Tiger Voice

The first race of the day is the Novice Hurdle contest over two miles and we fancy Tiger Voice for Henry De Bromhead to run another big race.

He finished a smart second on his hurdles debut at the start of October at Tipperary when finishing in behind a decent youngster for Willie Mullins.

He then went one better on his second run of the season at Cork beating a field of 21 runners with ease to look like a very accomplished horse for a top yard.

12:50 - Minella Melody

We are looking for a quick-fire double to the start the card off at Punchestown on Sunday with another of Henry De Bromhead's horses Minella Melody.

She raced four times last year in bumpers winning her first two contests in good style before a superb second in the Grade Two flat race at she Grand National meeting.

She then gave another smart performance at Punchestown in a Grade Three event finishing third behind Gypsy Island who was a leading mare for this season before injury and Daylight Katie who has landed both her hurdles contests this season already.

The mare her seasonal debut at Cork last time out and eased to victory in a lesser event and even stepping up to this Listed contest she should have all the answers.

13:50 - Presenting Percy

The feature race of the day is the Grade One John Durkan Memorial Chase and two and a half miles and Presenting Percy is back for his seasonal return.

Last season Pat Kelly's gelding was primed for a huge run in Cheltenham's feature contest of the year but throughout the season his stable star was only given one run in preparation which proved to be to the detriment of the horse.

He raced at Gowran in a hurdle contest and although winning nicely it became evident that with the horse not jumping a fence on his way up to the festival put him at an disadvantage and ultimately was the reason why he never ran his race and saw him finishing eighth.

The season before saw the Phillip Reynolds owned horse land the RSA Chase at the festival by a huge distance and looking like a potential Gold Cup horse, but last season it was not to be.

The owner subsequently revealed his pride and joy was suffering from a back problem and had bone bruising but he is pleased to report Presenting Percy is in fine form once again ahead of his return on Sunday.

14:20 - I'm A Game Changer

The Beginners Chase over two miles features a decent field of runners and I'm A Game Changer for Gordon Elliott if getting his jumping sorted will be in the mix.

The seven year old will be steered by dual Grand National winning jockey Davy Russell and he was on board him for his seasonal debut third over course and distance earlier in the month.

The gelding finished a smart third to leading players in this division Melon and Fakir D'oudairies and if running to the same standard will be one to watch.

He will need to do better than his latest run however, when falling at Navan but hopefully that was a blip and Elliott has him back on song for this one.

15:20 - Jungle Junction

The final runner of the day at Punchestown comes in the Old House INH Flat Race over two miles and Joshua Webb for Jessica Harrington looks the one to beat.

The four year old gelding ran a corker last time out when finishing second in a Navan Bumper just being beat on the line, but who he beat that day is what makes him appealing.

He saw off strong challenges for second from Energumene and Fakir D'Alene who both look like very progressive types.
