"Shelir is running back at Ascot for the first time having ran their twice over seven furlongs and ran very well both times in the Buckingham Palace and the International.
"This is probably a less competitive race and over a trip that we think will suit him best.
"If he reproduces his two runs at Ascot previously over seven and shows some improvement over the mile trip then he should be bang there tomorrow.
"We look forward to running him."
