"Shelir is running back at Ascot for the first time having ran their twice over seven furlongs and ran very well both times in the Buckingham Palace and the International.
"This is probably a less competitive race and over a trip that we think will suit him best.
"If he reproduces his two runs at Ascot previously over seven and shows some improvement over the mile trip then he should be bang there tomorrow.
"We look forward to running him."
"Tabaahy is a hold up horse that should suit the stiff five furlongs at Ascot and he has been good form this year.
"This is probably more of a competitive race than he has been running in but the stiff five at Ascot should really suit his hold up tactics and he should be a good each way bet."

"Arbalet has been knocking on the door, he's been running well and he is down in grade so he should have a solid chance in this one."
"Betsy Trotter loves the quick ground and she has a claimer on board and it is what she does well winning off this sort of mark last year.
"With eight runners in the field she would be a very good each way bet as she has been running well in higher grades.
"Now dropping her in grade and getting her ground, she should be thereabouts."
