The final day of the Irish Derby meeting kicks off with the classy Group Two Railway Stakes over 6f and we are siding with the horse that did not go to Royal Ascot, Unquestionable.

Making his debut at the Curragh on soft ground when making a respectable debut to finish a good third behind stablemate His Majesty in the Listed First Flier Stakes.

Dropping into a Maiden when last seen, having experience on the field he improved once more and went on to take the event by over four lengths in impressive style.

With Ballydoyle holding a few chances in this race he is the choice of Ryan Moore and hopefully fresher than others at the top of the market that ran less than two weeks ago, he could be the one to beat.

Trainer To Follow - Aidan O'Brien

Aidan O'Brien sends a strong team to the Curragh on Sunday and he will be hoping to add to his ever growing tally of winners and he can do that in the opener.

Sending three runners into the Group Two Railway Stakes his best chance seems to be Unquestionable who should be the freshest having skipped Royal Ascot, but His Majesty and Democracy are also capable of going close.

His next runner comes in the Rockinham Handicap with Hispanic looking to put it all together having underperformed on his two starts this season.

His best chance of a winner comes in the Group One Irish Derby with Auguste Rodin looking to land the Derby double but he also fields four other runners with Adelaide River, Peking Opera, San Antonio and Covent Garden.

O'Brien then has Farnborough in the Handicap over a mile and Salt Lake City in the Listed Celebration Stakes.

Jockey To Follow - Rossa Ryan

Rossa Ryan heads over to Ireland for some nice rides on Sunday at the Curragh starting in the Group Two Railway Stakes on the favourite Bucanero Fuerte for trainer Adrian Murray, with the two year old last seen putting up a good third in the Group Two Coventry Stakes.

Rossa's final ride of the afternoon for the same connections comes in the Listed Celebration Stakes with Beautiful Sunshine looking to bounce back to form.
