ALTRAIF

John Gosden's colt has shown more than enough in his first three outings to suggest he is up to winning races and a repeat of this performance next time up against similar opposition may well suffice.

IKHTIRAAQ

Owen Burrows’ two year old was evidently green on debut jumping the path in the rear but he flashed home with plenty of promise and looks a surefire winner in the near future.

SELBY'S PRIDE

Left with nowhere to go inside the closing stages this filly lost all momentum when stumbling quite badly, but almost overcame all that to get off the mark third time up and should make amends next time out.

CLITHEROE

The A$590,000 purchase made a bright debut behind the smart Dubai Jewel, finishing her race off well to grab a narrow second.

She will be sure to learn for that experience and go close again next time out.

PERSIST

Persist holds an entry in the Fillies’ Mile and should benefit plenty from a step up in trip off the back of her debut at Newbury, with the penny dropping late on in the six furlong contest.

One to watch next time out over further with Haggas' horses always improving for the run.
