There seems to have been some big money put down ahead of some of the racing at Ascot today and we have highlighted one runner that has undergone some serious support.
The horse in question is the Jane Chapple-Hyam trained Uber Cool that has seen his opening price of 7/1 be smashed into as short as 2/1 at some bookmakers.
Uber Cool, a 7yo son of Born To Sea, was 3rd over C&D in a higher graded class 2 race 3 starts back upon similar softer ground conditions we're seeing replicated again today.
He subsequently finished a close up 4th, just a length off the eventual winner, for his step up into listed company on his penultimate start, extremely strong form in this field.
The switch to faster ground last time out wasn't to suit, however he now switches back to ideal conditions at a well likened track, dropping into a class 3.
Looks to be above this level and can make his presence felt here.
