This 7 year old son of Presenting has been seen to better affect since being sent chasing after only winning once in five career starts over hurdles.

He is looking to make it a hat-trick after winning his two previous races which came at Newton Abbot and Ascot.

Conditions look to suit as the going will be unlikely to change from good to soft and his last two wins came on very similar ground so that may enhance is credentials, but still a tough ask to defeat the talented Jonbon.

Steps down in trip to 1m7f and looks the one who will be most likely to potentially give Jonbon something to think about.

Will probably run a good race in second and jockey Jonathan Burke is in decent form.

Seems to perform best on good/good to soft ground and he will get those conditions again here, but has only had one start over fences which came on his latest outing where he finished 9 lengths behind the impressive Paul Nicholls trained McFabulous.

That winner has since gone on to win again so there is a decent line of form there for this horse, but it looks a tough ask to compete in a race that has such a strong favourite in Jonbon.

Prior to that we did not see this horse much, but when he was racing he managed to win at Ascot earlier on in the year beating Fils D’Oudairies by 4 ½ lengths.

That win of course came over hurdles, but he does remain with potential as he is likely to come on from that first start over fences.

An unlikely winner in this sort of contest though and one who may be better in lower graded company.

One of if not my favourite National Hunt horse especially for this upcoming season as Jonbon recently made his debut over fences last time out.

Prior to this exceptional performance, his only defeat over hurdles came against stablemate Constitution Hill in the Supreme at the Cheltenham Festival.

His potential is sky high and I am sure he has not fully reached it just yet as plenty more wins over fences await him. Was very impressive 17 days ago when beating Monmiral by 7 lengths at Warwick.

He was stylish considering it was the first time we had seen him over the larger obstacles, but he took to them like a duck to water and there is certainly more to come again here.

Faces just three other rivals and is the worthy odds on favourite. He will be looking for his seventh career success in eight runs and looks to make it 2-2 over fences.

The outsider in this small field of just four runners and one who looks to be making up the numbers on this occasion.

Trip will not be a concern as he won over 1m7f back in February at Wincanton. Since then he has not progressed when running in better quality races.

He was fourth of nine other rivals in a Grade 2 Hurdle at Kelso and after that he has shown poor form in Class 3 events.

Has it all to do here and would be a shock winner.
