This weekend there is some great racing in England on both the flat and over the jumps but we have pinpointed a selection from Sandown that at the current prices looks big ante-post value.
On Friday in the Group Three Classic Trial over 1m2f we feel that Aidan O'Brien could have a big hand to play with River Thames, especially at his boosted price of 9/2.
The three year old son of multiple G1 winner Churchill was seen once as a two year old last term when winning a decent 14 runner maiden at Punchestown over a mile.
It looks as though this year, Churchill's crop of horse could have a big season and with O'Brien having won this in the past he knows the type of horse that is needed to do so.
This race could fall apart with other runners having entries elsewhere throughout the week which could leave the each way price of 9/2 being very smart with a potential for less than eight runners.
