1. This promotion is only available to new customers aged 18 (eighteen) years and over who are resident in the UK or Republic of Ireland and may only be redeemed once per individual customer.
2. This Welcome Offer can only be redeemed once per customer. Only one type of welcome offer can be redeemed per customer across the range we offeror might offer from time to time.
3. To qualify for this promotion you must register a Tote Account on Tote.co.uk, Tote.ie or the official Tote app, and place your first racing pools or sports bet at odds of 1/1 (2.0) or greater of at least £/€5 within the period stated in clause 3. If the bet is an each way bet, then you must place a minimum of £/€5 Win + £/€5 Place on qualifying racing pools within 7 days of registration (such bet is defined as a “Qualifying Bet” in these terms). Please see clause 6 for further details on which type of bets qualify for this promotion.
4. Once your Qualifying Bet is settled you will receive the following: £/€10 Tote Credit (redeemable against all UK and Irish Racing bets) and a £/€10 Free Sports Bet.
5. Only your first bet on racing pools or sports with us will count towards this offer. Any subsequent bets will not be eligible, unless you first bet with us is voided or a non-runner. In the case of your first bet being voided or a non-runner, then your qualifying bet will be your subsequent bet.

7. Only the following bet types will count as Qualifying Bets for this promotion: Toteexacta, Totetrifecta, Toteswinger, Totejackpot, Toteplacepot, Toteplacepot7, Totequadpot, Totescoop6, Totewin, Toteplace, and Sportsbook bets at odds of 1/1 (2.0) or greater. 8. In circumstances where more than one bet is placed on the same bet slip, the Qualifying Bet is the first bet added to that betslip. Win and Place are classed as 2 separate bets. By way of example, in the case of a £/€5 Win bet and £/€5 Place bet being struck together in the customer’s first betting transaction, only the £/€5 Win bet will qualify towards the promotion (meaning you would not qualify for the promotion).
9. Subject to Clause 11 of these terms and conditions, we will credit your Account (which, for the avoidance of doubt, is defined in the Tote Terms and Conditions) within 48 hours after your Qualifying Bet is settled.
10. This offer is limited to one per customer. In the event of a customer opening more than one account, we reserve the right to suspend and close any duplicate accounts and make void any bets placed.
