Who To Follow At The Curragh On Sunday - 13/09/20

Horse To Follow - Glass Slippers

The first black type event of the day at The Curragh on Sunday is the five furlong Flying Five Stakes and English raider Glass Slippers has a huge chance at a nice price.

The Kevin Ryan trained filly has some stand out form throughout her career and if recapturing it should not be beat in this event.

Having won the Group One Prix de l'Abbaye last season, she finished fifth at Royal Ascot in the King's Stands Stakes and improved for that run last time out when a good second behind Battaash.

She will be getting her softish conditions and looking fresher than most the field she looks to have a live chance.

Trainer To Follow - Joesph O'Brien

Although losing the services of his number one rider Shane Crosse, Joseph O'Brien is set for a huge weekend at both Leopardstown and the Curragh.

On Sunday he has some stand out chances with Pretty Gorgeous in the Group One Moyglare Stud Stakes and also Twilight Payment in the Irish St Leger.

O'Brien has been in sterling form over the last two weeks with 17 winners from 49 runners which sees him pose a 34.69% strike rate.

He is a trainer to keep on side on Sunday.

Jockey To Follow - William Buick

William Buick has been the most inform jockey of the week at Doncaster picking up winners every day of the meeting and on Sunday he comes over to Ireland to ride some talented horses.

In the last year Buick has had just three rides at the Irish track and he has managed to get one winner and one place seeing him gain a strike rate of 33.33%.

Godolphin have sent over some nice runners including Master Of The Seas in the National Stakes which they won with Pinatubo last year, but the Norwegian has also picked up nice rides on One Voice and Equilateral.
