We head back over to the jumps and to a race at the Cheltenham festival in 2017 where in the race now called the Ballymore Novices' Hurdle Ben Pauling landed his first ever festival winner.
The superstar created history for the yard that day in what was a true memorable battle at Prestbury park that went down in the history books.
He just managed to stick his neck out and land the Grade One from the Harry Fry trained Neon Wolf who was the well backed favourite for the event.
Sadly both of these horse have passed away since this race, with both of them still having plenty of racing life left in them when they did pass but hopefully this racing throwback can shine some light on how treasured they are.
