Western Knight 13/8 - 13.08 Haydock
The Tizzard yard have been in good form of late and saddle one runner at Haydock after a 205 mile journey today. Western Knight has his second start over fences after coming 4th of 4 at Exeter on his chasing debut.
Not a lot to shout about but he'll come on for his first outing of the season and looked to have his stamina stretched by 3 miles on a stiff course over the bigger obstacles. A decent novice hurdler last campaign, he should strip fitter for the recent run and drops back in trip.
Over a flat course against only 2 rivals who've yet to run this season, he can put the pressure on with his race fitness and get off the mark over fences.
