Addeybb

With the start of the flat season now just two days away, we are taking a look back at the Lincoln Handicap from 2018, a race every year that signifies the start of the flat and in this year, it started with an exceptional renewal of the mile event.

In 2018 the Lincoln was ran on more testing conditions than usual and that played to the strengths of the winner Addeybb for William Haggas.

The superstar went on to have a superb career off the back of winning the Lincoln, landing three Group One races in Australia along with the British Champion Stakes at Ascot and Wolferton Stakes at the royal meeting.

Back in second in 2018 was none other than another superstar in the David O'Meara trained Lord Glitters who has gone on to have an equally successful career as Addeybb.

Landing Group races like the Queen Anne Stakes at Royal Ascot, Bahrain International Trophy, Singspiel Stakes, Jebel Hatta and Strensall Stakes.

Two great horses that really announced themselves in this race.

Enjoy!
