Boxing Day always shows off some of the best racing of the year and we have taken a look back at last years renewal of the King George VI Chase with Clan Des Obeaux looking to land a hat-trick of wins in the race.
Having landed the 2018 renewal he went back to Kempton last season and took the spoils in the race for the second time and that is the race we are focusing on today.
The event was pinned up as the duel of the stablemates with Clan Des Obeaux against Cyrname and the former got the better of his mate from the same yard.
The two will go to battle again in this years renewal and both of them head the betting and we will be hoping for another strong race from last years winner.
