David O'Meara's Saturday Runners

14:15 Doncaster - Turnadot

"We run a nice two yer old in this one who is a sister to Amazing Maria.

"This looks a competitive enough maiden to get her started but she is a filly that we like and she may have an each way chance on debut.

"Obviously it is her first day at School and she is a filly that will in Improve from whatever we see on Saturday.

"She's bred very well and shown some ability at home, so we are looking forward to getting her started."

14:50 Doncaster - Artistic Vision

"Artistic Vision runs in the seven furlong handicap and she has a solid chance dropping back in trip.

"We are not sure whether that will play to her strengths but having her first go in a handicap we feel she is treated well and she should be competitive."

15:25 Doncaster - Queen's Course

"Queen's Course ran a nice race at Haydock last time out although tiring a bit late on, this is a drop in grade so we do feel she should be very competitive in this."

16:00 Doncaster - Young Fire

"Young Fire is having his first run of the season and ideally he would like a lot of rain before the off, but i'm not sure whether Doncaster is going to get that.

"He might just be best watched on his first run of the season."

13:30 Newmarket - The Fast Lion

"The Fast Lion is a nice horse to follow later on in the season but on his first time out it will be like his first day at school and we imagine he will come on for that run in what looks a pretty competitive race."

14:25 Newbury - Orbaan

"We think Orbaan has a good chance in this one.

"He has ran three times for us, twice on quick ground which has not worked out and once on lower ground where he was very impressive.

"We are heading to Newbury on slower ground in a competitive race but he should have a solid chance.

"He is 8/1 at the moment and if there is enough runners in the field he is a great each way bet.
