Racecards for people who are new to racing will see it and it will be like reading something that is in a different language but that is why we did a feature piece on it to help the punters that aren't as clued up as others.
This quiz is all based around that and will see how well you understand and remember the tips and tricks we went through of what certain things mean on a racecard.
There are 20 questions in total with a total of five minutes to complete the quiz and the hint and question for each different answer is what the letter that refers to a word actually stands for.
A racecard gives you so much information that you do not even know about but you have to know what to read to get the best out of it and also know exactly what certain bits of it actually refer to.
For a punter going to a race meeting they are a key part of apparatus you will need to be betting successfully as if your not reading about the horses you are choosing to bet on then it really is just blind luck.
We think out of the 20 questions on offer you should at least be getting 15/10 and the good thing about this quiz is that at the end of the five minutes it will actually tell you the answers to educate you.
