TWE Top Three Last To First Finishes Of The Past

Magic Shuffle

Tom Marquand has quickly become on of the best flat jockeys in the game, riding winner after winner and looking to go close this season in the race for the jockeys championship.

He has made himself known in the sport for rides like this one at Bath, where somehow he managed to get Magic Shuffle from last to first in super quick time.

The horse looked in trouble all the way round but with Marquand trying to get the horse going at every moment he was switched out and cruised to victory.

Whiskey Sour

Not all amazing last to first wins are because of the amazing skills of the jockey as shown in this one as David Mullins was settling for third before the two leaders fell at the last.

It was one of the most dramatic finishes to a race Irish racing fans have ever seen and with the amount of tight finishes and late fallers in the past that shows how mad this race was.

Whiskey Sour was the third string on the Willie Mullins horses in this contest and was set to claim that spot coming from the back to grab a place but he managed to go one better than that.

Second Collection

We finish with another special ride from that man Tom Marquand who managed to show he is not a fluke rider and pull off the unimaginable by coming from first to last at Wolverhampton on Second Collection.

The commentator was getting ready to call the winner with just 100 yards left when Marquand managed to get his horse through the gaps and on the outside.

From there, his horse managed to fly home from nowhere to gain and very memorable win for the rider.

He has began to make a name for himself with these type of rides.
