2:30 Haydock

Agrotera – 11/4

The British EBF Dick Hern Stakes Listed race over 1m for Fillies and Mares is an intriguing affair. We like the look of the in-form AGROTERA.

The horse followed up a win at Windsor by winning in a massive field at Royal Ascot. This is of course is a step up to Listed company, but she is continuously improving and is rightly installed as favourite in the early prices.

Filly has been lightly raced thus far this year but looks primed for another big run, she is the stand out selection in this race and should go well at Haydock.

15:45 Newmarket

Yellow, black and yellow striped sleeves, white cap (W J And T C O Gredley)

 Main Edition – 5/2

The one ITV race from Newmarket this weekend is the german-thoroughbred.com Sweet Solera Stakes. The Group 3 Sweet Solero stakes was won by Richard Hannon’s Tajaanus last year. He again saddles two in the race.

Despite this we are siding with Mark Johnston’s MAIN EDITION in this race for two-year-olds. The horse won his first three starts including at Royal Ascot and whilst he is stepping up to 7f it could well suit this son of Zoffany.

The horse was thoroughly disappointing when flopping at Newmarket amongst listed company on its last run, however we feel it can bounce back here on its group racing debut.

Tottenham Hotspur To Win

Spurs off the back of the transfer Window for English football closing on Thursday became the first team in history to not make a summer signing in the window since it started in 2003. However, what they did do is tie down there star players to longer contracts which in essence was like five new signings.

They take on Newcastle in the Early kick off and first selection of the RAB on Saturday and should get us off to a nice start. Newcastle have had a poor transfer period with there owner not willing to give manager Rafa Benitez much money to spend and losing there main striker in a swap deal.

Spurs should start there 2018/19 Premier League Campaign off to a winning start with Harry Kane likely to start and all of there big boys back ready to launch a threat for those champions league spots or even further and try to win the league.

Wolves And Everton BTTS

Wolves v Everton looks to be one of the picks of the weekends with both teams having great transfer windows, bringing in players in the right positions to strengthen there team.

Wolves made a total of 11 deals during the period and really have now made there case to go on and not just stay up from there promotion to the Premier League but make a serious case for a top 10 finish.

Everton maybe threatened by teams like Wolves, Fulham and West ham that could be around them next season pushing for that Europa League spot had to make signings and have bought in high class youngsters from around the globe, most noticeably two from Barcelona.

With this game being so close to choose who will win it with Wolves being at home and scoring frequently in the Championship last season but Everton making big money forward signings, there has to be goals and we think both teams will score.

Fulham And Crystal Palace BTTS

Fulham v Palace again is one of those games at the weekend that is very hard to determine who is going to come out on top, with odds swaying in no ones favour the best market to go is BTTS.

Fulham arguably had the best transfer window in the premier league and probably the clubs existence bringing in 12 signings with some big names that no one at the start of the window would have ever gone to Fulham. This season they are serious contenders to be in the top 10 and have spent the money to justify that.

Crystal Palace had a fairly quiet window going under the radar signing players here and there but there biggest bit of business was keeping hold of Wilfred Zaha.

With Both teams fairly equally matched and not really knowing what to expect from either of them yet betting on a result is hard. However, with Fulham’s signings and Palaces attack there should be goals in the game and thats why we have gone with both teams to score.
