The four year old has really turned some heads on all three of his runs over hurdles so far this season winning by a combined 68 lengths at Fontwell, Sandown and Ascot.

His trainer Gary Moore has compared this horse to some of the greats he has trained during his career and having been a smart horse on the flat he looks a freak over hurdles.

The youngster, although not being the smartest of jumpers over his obstacles has looked a serious athlete with plenty of pace on the flat and should take all the beating if taking to this left handed track.

This Grade Three always throws out big priced winners and with over 20 runners heading to post we have two strong selections at each way prices.

The first is the Willie Mullins trained Aramon who looks to have a huge chance in the contest having won a Grade One last season at Leopardstown.

This season he has been slightly below par but got back to near his best when fifth behind Honeysuckle in the Irish Champion Hurdle and that form has been franked since.

Handicap mark looks to be workable aswell.

The second runner for us in this at a bigger price is the Martin Brassil trained You Raised Me Up who looks a highly improving seven year old.

He has raced for times this season and has placed in three of them finishing second on his seasonal debut at Listowel and then again at Punchestown.

He ran in a 25 runner maiden hurdle next time out and finished a staying on fifth that showed plenty of staying ability.

His final run this season came at the Dublin Racing Festival when third to Thosedaysaregone for Charles Byrnes who was a strong third in the Coral Cup on Wednesday.

This seasons Albert Bartlett Novices' Hurdle looks a superb renewal and we think it will go the way of the Irish with Latest Exhibition looking the main Protagonist.

This Paul Nolan trained seven year old has gone from strength to strength this season over hurdles landing three out of his four contests to date seeing off some of the best novices of the year including Andy Dufresne, Fury Road and Longhouse Poet.

The only horse to beat him this season came when when he was tried at two miles which showed that he was a stayer and not a pace merchant and he was outclassed by the Gordon Elliott trained Abacadabras who finished a narrow second in the Supreme Novices Hurdle.

His win in the Grade One Novice Hurdle on at the Dublin Racing festival saw him tackle his furthest trip over two and three-quarter miles and proved to bring the best out of him and now a leading contender for the Albert Bartlett.

Fury Road is our other selection in the big fielded contest and this six year old for Gordon Elliott looks a big price for what he has done this season.

He started his season at Down Royal in a two mile six furlong maiden hurdle cruising to victory and then backing that up on his next two starts at Navan in a Grade Three and then at Limerick in a decent Grade Two.

He was slightly found out last time out at Leopardstown when staying on for fourth in a Grade One at Leopardstown but still holds bundles of potentially and any rain that falls is a bonus.

The feature race of the entire festival is finally here and we like the look of last year's winner Al Boum Photo who could become the first horse since 2004 to win back to back renewals of the race.

He has undergone the same preparation as last year to win this contest going to Tramore on New Year's Day and bolting up.

He heads into this contest being very fresh and looking the one to beat with many of the horses behind him in the betting being in hard races all season and that could just be the difference.

We also have an each way proposal in the feature Grade One and it is the dual King George winner Clan Des Obeaux for Paul Nicholls.

Clan Des Obeaux is the trainers best shout this season at landing the event having seen the demise of Cyrname throughout the term and his star chaser Topofthegame being ruled out for the campaign and the King George winner looks to have a huge chance at a big price.

The dual King George winner enters the contest off the back of landing the Kempton feature in December and now being fresh and waited on this season it should be the difference in his performance at Cheltenham with him previously drawing a blank in his five previous visits to Prestbury Park.

Nicholls has not won the feature contest at the festival since 2009 and believes that Clan Des Obeaux can join the likes of Denman and Kauto Star and become a Gold Cup winner for the yard.

The quirky Foxhunter Chase sees a huge field of runners head to post in a race that majority of the time sees some huge prices in the top four and we like the Enda Bolger trained Staker Wallace.

The JP McManus owned nine year old will be ridden by top amateur Jamie Codd and the nine year olds owner is looking to break his record of winners for a single festival.

Staker Wallace looks a very nice gelding who has improved for every run this season, winning nicely in point to points over in Ireland.

The penultimate race of the festival is the Grand Annual that for many punters over the years has been a minefield but we like the look of Alan King's Lisp.

The six year old has some very strong form in two mile handicap hurdle contests including at this track and he has taken well to fences this season.

Two starts ago he landed a nice Class 3 Handicap at Plumpton and then last time out when stepping up to a Grade Two at Doncaster he ran a decent race behind Mister Fisher and that is nice form dropping back to a handicap.

With such a big field heading to post we have another selection at a bigger price for Henry De Bromhead with Paloma Blue.

He was previously a decent hurdler winning on both good and soft ground but since turned to fences he has stepped things up slightly.

This season he has ran three times finishing second on debut at Gowran in heavy ground behind Getabird for Willie Mullins.

He then went to ascot and was smart third behind Riders Onthestorm that has since franked that form and then again at Leopardstown last time out he was a staying on second.

He is highly consistent and worth an each way punt.

Gordon Elliott
Age: 6
Weight: 11-7
OR: 143

The final race of the festival sees a horse that has been tipped up massively at preview nights across the country and could just land the trainers title for Gordon Elliott.

The six year old looks a very progressive youngster that won nicely at Punchestown two starts ago in an 18 runner event and then last time out ran another stormer at Leopardstown.

He is a fast improving horse that in his last six races has placed five times only showing how consistent he is and with this smart young jockey on board he has a huge chance.
